WHEN OUR CLIENTS COMPLETE OUR FORMS, "FILE A CLAIM" AND "DTC" I AM SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE A COPY OF THE FORM DETAILS TO MY EMAIL. I HAVE NOT BEEN RECEIVING THESE COPIES TO MY EMAIL.

I see that you already have a thread about this issue here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/678341791 where my colleague had followed up with you, so I would like to ask you to keep replying back to this thread from now on.

The reason why I ask this is because I will raise this to our developers for closer inspection and they will update you here as soon as there are any news in regards to this.
Can you please tell us if you are getting the test emails - received when you click on Test Email button?
