    Keep trying to downgrade my membership.  It keep saying "processing" but will not take.  Please downgrade my account to the free one.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. I have just verified your account and did notice that is schedule to be downgraded on 1/25/2016, when your current month ends.

    I also suggest log into your Paypal account and cancel your subscription, so you are no longer billed.
