If I take out the name prepoulates
it works properly,
I have tested the page and was redirected here:
The page doesn't give me any issues.
Clicking online booking redirects me here:
The name is not there so I can't see the error. Can you bring it back?
The error is also not related to Jotform. Seems like an error in your website files. Please bring back the original flow and let us know so we can try it again.
the field 'name' must have been linked to something within the theme, changed it to your_name and working perfectly.
It seems like you have managed to fixed it already, is that correct? Should you need our assistance again, please do feel free to visit us here in the forum.
