Hard to Manage Upload Space

I'm up just over my 10 GBs of upload space which I assume has disabled uploading anything. I have gone through and deleted a bunch of submissions with uploads but the number hasn't budged to how much space I'm using. What am I doing wrong? Why can't I manage my space better if you only give a finite amount. I do have a paid account and it'd be nice to get a little more than I'm getting.

It also says in my menu that downgrade of my service is scheduled for January 2, 2016, but that date already passed. I'm really confused.

Our apologies. I've fixed it for you by recounting your file upload space using our tool. I have also removed the downgrade schedule. You should be all set now.

Thank you so much! It should usually do it automatically when I remove a submission right? Regardlesss, please send feedback that there should be a better way to manage storage.

    Thanks!

I see that your account is now occupied with 4.26GB. The upload space should be automatically adjusted when you delete the submissions with attachments. If you need to have a backup of the submissions with the files uploaded, you may consider integrating Google Drive/DropBox to your form.

    Hope this information helps!

Could you please recount my space again? It's showing as over 7 GBs but I've removed many submissions already.

    Thanks!

    @ inkedfur

Can you tell us which of your form you have updated already?

I did refresh and recalculated already your storage used, and it seems that it is correct to be at 7GB at this time.

We will wait for your response.

I see there are some files still using your space, the uploaded files should be deleted when you delete the submission, as explained by my colleagues above. However, this is not the case, now I would suggest you to make a backup of your submissions and uploaded files, since you have deleted your submissions to get more space and the files are still there.

Please download all your submissions data and uploaded files and do let us know here, we will be glad to fix the counter.

This guide will help you to download your submissions: http://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Partially-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF

To download your uploaded files just click on "Download All Uploads" in the submissions page.
