    INCOMPLETE VALUES | It says the submission is incomplete no matter how complete it is

    Asked by getitgurlz on January 07, 2016 at 06:08 PM

    I updated the website code. | Didn't work.

    I switched over to the embedded form. I updated the embedded form. | Didn't work

    I was told it was because the phone number has to be confirmed. Not true.  It's been that way all year | Didn't Work.

    I tried from other phones and cpu's | Didn't work

    I cloned the form, erased the old one and all it's submissions | Didn't work {and now I don't have the old info :( }

    I haven't gotten any clear answers from support. The support system seems more like regular users who do not handle technical issues at all.

    I'm so frustrated and confused at the moment. I really break something because this is really a pebble in my shoe and ruining my member production for the past two days.

    Our apologies for the troubles and inconvenience that this may have caused. But we have tested your form and we cannot replicate it so we'll insist it's on how the user fills it.

    The "Have you ever modled before?" field is required and that is the error is all about. It's a server-side validation that the field is required, but that should not appear if the field is not filled. The inline required field validation is not working, the user should suppose to get the error within the form, not through after submitting it.

    Now, checking your website, the form is embedded using the WIX iframe block. If this is not working and still causing you issues, we suggest using our iframe method:

    The iframe is recommended for Wix websites. Here's our guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/70-Adding-a-form-to-Wix-Site.
