Is there a way to build a form with a client login system?

I want to build a form that is exclusive to people who subscribe to a service.  This form needs to be setup usernames and passwords where only those with an active subacription can access the form.  Any suggestions on how to do this?

Subscribers can and will change monthly. So just making a form and sharing a private link will not work.

    Hi,

Jotform does not allow the use of username and password fields in forms as it violates our terms. Also, adding username and password fields may get your account autosuspended by our phishing detector.

A workaround I can suggest is to add a "Unique key" field with a condition that only users who has the correct key can submit the form.

Do inform us if you need further assistance,
    Regards.

Well I was not aware this was against the JotForm Terms. Hummm... I am not trying to make anything phishy but I do understand why certain protocols are in place.

I am not sure what a "Unique Key" is but I will research it.

Maybe there is a better way to do what I want to do.  So let me describe what the program is and maybe someone might have a better solution to what I am looking for.

I am a real estate photographer and I use Jot Form for online submissions and credit card processing using Stripe. I am creating a subscription program where for a monthly fee my clients get certain perks.  One of those perks is a savings on their real estate photography orders.   I want to create a form just for current subscribers without access to non-subscribers.  The subscriber list can be large and change monthly. So a unique form just for subscribers would not work. Distributing a monthly code that all use will also not work as the subscribers will loose the key or share it with non-subscribers.  Creating a list where users select their name will not work as the subscriber list is private.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi,

Based on your concern, it seems like you will need a membership software where a user can login. Jotform does not have membership features that lets a user login to fill up a form.

You can use membership softwares like:

    http://www.interlogy.com/products/pmpre/

    http://member.wishlistproducts.com/

    http://www.weblinkinternational.com/software/

    http://www.wildapricot.com/features

Once you have a membership software, then you can use Jotform to collect non-sensitive data from your clients..

Do inform us if you have any other concerns,
    Regards.
