Email notification not working

    Hi all,

    Newbie question. Can't get email notifications. The form accepts the data and I can see the message in the back end of Jot form. But I cant receive any email notifications.

    Any ideas?

    Ok, it took me a lot of time and a lot of your monthly quota :) to figure it out but it is happening because of this condition.

     

     

    I don't know why you created such condition but the emails sent to this email address. Not to the one on the form. If you did not receive them on that email address, you can send this to your hosting provider:

    Thanks for the quick response. I have now removed the condition and I can now receive the notifications to a gmail account but not to the curacare email addresses. I guess I will have to contact host gator.
