This feature is so limited. True integration requires the ability to map to custom objects and fields -- to update, upsert and insert. Please roadmap real integration and let Jotform users know the status of this requested feature.

If I understand you correctly, you would like to manage your fields inside Salesforce directly through JotForm, by inserting new custom fields in Salesforce from the answers on the form if they do not exist yet. I'm afraid that it is outside of the current scope of the integration, and while it may be useful to some, our primary focus is on creating and maintaining the best and easiest form builder and form response collection service on the planet.

We always strive to improve our services even further, and we do look for ways to enable our users to pass their collected form responses to any other services they want, such as Salesforce. However, we are not an all-in-one solution that could automatically manage and maintain user accounts and data in these third party services.

We have tried to make our integration with Salesforce as easy to use and as feature-full as we could, but if you believe that there is some specific aspect that of the integration that we could improve further, please tell us a little more about the exact feature you are looking for, and we will be happy to forward it to our developers for possible consideration and future implementation.

    Thank you.
