I had added two email for notifications.

Now I want to make it stay only one.

When I delete the email that I do not need more and then save, it gives me this error:

An error occured while saving your form # CaVb5fxs3BxVEbI

When I refresh, one is deleted, the other email is reset: the content remains but everything else has to be reset (email address, subject, sender, etc.). This happen for all my form.

    Why?

    Thanks

    Ermes

    Hello Ermes,

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you but this is very strange behaviour.

I did check your form and I did not find any reason for the issue. I was able to edit your form's notification email alert and save it successfully without any error message.

I would suggest you to test this issue with any other browser or clear cache for your existing browser and see if that helps you. The following guide should help you how to clear browser cache:  http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if the issue persists.

    Thank you!
