How many submissions by form with the starter free offer?

    How many submissions by form with the starter free offer?  100 is for every form ou by form?

    The submissions limit is not counted by form. It is the total number of submissions on all of your forms in your account. So if you have 50 submissions in 1 form and then 30 submissions on the other form, then the submission counter on your account will show 80 submissions.
