Can we have each form response on individual spreadsheet

is it possible to have each response created to be on its own spreadsheet

Unfortunately, we do not have an option to create a separate spreadsheet for each form submission. However, you can receive a separate PDF file for each entry with Google Drive, Dropbox and Box.net JotForm integrations.
