How to use the calculation widget on the purchase order form?

I find your form builder delightful to use.  I am however, stuck in how to get the calculation widget to work on the purchase order form with multiple items.  The instructions I've found on the calculation widget are for payment integration.  Is my problem because there is no integration on the purchase order form?

My products include: 1) a Banquet package deal with a T-Shirt included at no charge who may order 2 or more Packages and the buyer need to indicate size on an each order; totaled on form

    2) single items in the package sold separately (Banquet Dinner only) and (T-Shirt) with different prices and conditions (ie. size) for each product, who may order 2 or more; totaled on form

I'd like to be able to separate the product by package, single items, then the conditions (ie. size) for each product that is capable of totaling and sorting the submitted products and the conditions (ie. size) for each product to make the back end of the ordering process easier.

    Please advise.

I'm not sure if I understand your requirement correctly. Do you mean to say that if any two or more banquet packages are selected, user can select the quantity of the T-Shirt from the same package? Looking at the complexity, you may consider having the fields individually on your JotForm instead using Payment wizard so that the calculations can be performed based on conditions to pass on the calculated result to the Payment field.

Please provide us with more information on your requirement so that we can assist you further.

    Thanks!

This is the scenario I have in mind.
I made a separate product for the T-Shirt included in package and one for Optional with Pricing if Package not selected.

Banquet Pkg Qty 3 Price Sub Total
    3 $65.00 $165.00
Adult T-Shirt Pkg Qty Size Price (cant get the size list to display as it does for the Optional w pricing)
    1 X $0.00
    2 XL $0.00 0.00
    Total Due: $165.00
It seems my operators would be Product * Quantity = Subtotal with all subtotals added for total cost.
    Am I off base?
    Thanks for your help.

If I understand you correctly, you would like to get the total amount and the quantity in the payment field and then use it in the calculation widget correct?

Unfortunately, you can't use other values from the payment field except for the total. If you look in the calculation widget, there is no option to add other values from the payment integration other than the total.

By the way, I checked your form and I can see that I was able to navigate with products and items properly. The total price is also showing correctly on it. Also, this guide might be hepful.

Just like what Kiran said, you might want to use separate fields for your products and quantity fields and then calculate the total amount. After that, you can pass the total amount to your payment integration.

    Thank you.

Thanks for looking at my form.

The problem with my form is the quantity and size for the T-Shirts are not showing up on the preview form for selection even though I used separate fields for quantity and
size for selection and calculation into the total. I haven't been able to figure out why.
Any Ideas why this is happening?
    Thanks for your help.
