Can you please give us a bit more details in regards to your query?

I presume that you are asking about adding custom value to the existing pricing to charge?

Once we know more we would be happy to assist with the same.

    Yes. Exactly.

I want ant to be able to either add an open field in which a customer can add a custom amount for gratuity OR a drop down percentage based on total sale then submit their order.

Thank you for the additional details Joe.

First, I would like to say that it is possible, but unfortunately it is not possible through the usual setup through the payment integration wizard.

Instead you would need to capture the price through your form fields and then send the price to the payment integration to make the charge.

This is relatively easy to setup and allows various advantages when it comes to calculating prices before making the charge, but requires a bit more work.

You can see more about this here: How to pass a calculation to a payment field

Do of course let us know if you have any additional questions along the way or by some chance have any issues and we would be happy to assist with the same.
