Problems with our paypal express form

Hi 

Some of our members are trying to pay by paypal trought our  membership form and it somethimes works and somethimes not. can you help me with this ?

Hello Benjamin,

I tested your form and it opened up Paypal in a new window that shows the total amount after clicking the submit button. I believe your Paypal Express credentials are working just fine.

Since this is a popup window, they should allow the page to do popups, otherwise if it's blocked, they should click the "Go" button in the modal window which appears together with the popup window.

If they are still experiencing difficulties with your form, can you give us a specific detail about the problem?
