    Form submission data not aligned in email

    The contact form submissions seem to be putting the data in the wrong fields when it is received via email. Please see the attached screen grab for the form on the site

    Can you advise as to how we might correct this?

    Can you please indicate the if you are still having issues? I have just cloned your form and did a test submission. When the email arrived, all the information of the form got sent correctly.

    Thanks but we still seem to be having the same issue with form submissions as of today, data is not appearing in the correct fields.

    Thank you for the update and sorry to hear you are still having issues. I again cloned your form, 52804489069971, and tried to replicate the issue. When submitted, the email notification had the correct fields:

    If you are still having issues, could you please try re-creating the email notification. This could fix the issue.
