Form not Sending Recipient Email

    My form is not sending recipient emails after form is submitted. The test email works, but it's not working when an actual order is placed live. Also, I noticed a little gear icon on my recipient (thank you) email when I click on the email button to edit, add or remove emails. I don't know what that means or how to fix it.

    The gar icon indicates that that email template is an autoresponder (its used to distinguish between the notification and autoresponder emails)


    I checked our email logs and all emails are being sent correctly.

    I sent some test data and was able to receive the thank you email


    Kindly check your SPAM inbox to see o the mails are being flagged accidentally.
