Authenticated Adobe eSign Widget Shown in Builder but Not on Actual Form

Hi,

I purchased the Adobe eSign services and linked my widget to my account.  It will show up very small in the "builder's" view but then on the actual form it shows nothing.  How can I fix this?  The smooth signature widget shows up, but I want my adobe signature to work because I need for legal document. Below is an example of what I am seeing in the builder's view - it has been authenticated when I try to adjust the settings.  Please help! I am editing this on a google Chrome browser if that has anything to do with it.

You will need to set the label to visible so that the signer widget will be shown to the user.

Let us know if the widget is still not visible after doing this.
