Signature Widget not working

    Hi,

    We are using jotform for our acupuncture practice. To do this successfully we need to collect signatures at the bottom of intake and consent to treat forms. We are using Smooth Signature I believe.

    However, the signature doesn't always show up when we download the form as PDF. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't! 

    Ideas?

    I have submitted sample data to the form and was able to view the signature in both the online and downloaded PDF.

    Also I noted that you have deleted all submissions, could you kindly also try submitting on your end and check the outcome.

     

    I did the test on Firefox browser.
