Forms not sending submission email

    Hi, I just tested my form, which is embedded in my website, and it shows that I received a submission in jotform; however no email was received at my email address.  I can send a test email without problem (in form edit mode), but when I actually fill out my form on my website and press submit it does not send.   Thanks for your help

    Hi,

    Your form recipient email is not in the bounce list as of checking. According to the server logs below, all notifications was successfully sent to your email. You can also check this in your email history https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History.

    I suggest to check everything on your end. Check your spam folder if they don't end up right there. We also recommend adding Jotform into your email service provider's whitelist, this should as well help https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.

    Hi I checked our block list and don't see that it is being blocked on my end.  I also added jotform to our whitelist.  Still can't receive emails.  I changed the sender email to noreply@jotform.com but this did not fix the issue either.  Do you have any other suggestions, it is still not working.

    For anyone else having this problem.  I had to remove the include pdf option from the email submission settings.  Once I did this, I was able to receive submission emails again. Not sure why at first I could receive email submissions with pdf of the form included, but now I cannot receive email submissions at all if pdf option is checked.

    Hi afunnell,

    We really appreciate your update and glad to hear to were able to solve the issue. If I understand correctly, this was caused you were sending a PDF report attachment in notification.

    I have just cloned one of your forms and was able to send an email notification with a PDF attachment. I am not really sure why this is caused the issue. I will try testing a bit more and if I find any information. I will let you know.
