I have cloned your form into my account for testing, and integrated it with Google Drive. Upon making test submissions on it, all data was correctly forwarded to my Google Drive:
The two images were files uploaded within the submission, and the PDF file contains answer to all fields on the form entered in that submission. As the integration seems to work fine, can you please try removing your existing integration, and then try setting it up again?
