So when I signed up with you 1 year ago, the terms were, as long as I delete uploads, my space will reset to 10 gigs. You also confirmed this in a chat session when we spoke BEFORE signed up. Now all of a sudden it it not giving me the space back after I delete the files uploaded from my form. WHY is it not working like it did? And what can we do to resolve this?
