I have tried to set up the Dropbox integration numerous times and it is not working - specifically, no folder is being created in my Dropbox. Even though it says my integration is set-up and running properly there is no folder in my Dropbox and when I test the form the attachments do not show up anywhere in Dropbox. I have tried two different Dropboxes (a business Dropbox and a personal Dropbox) and neither integration works. And I have tried to remove and re-add the integration several times. I prefer to have the integration with my business Dropbox but if that is not possible we can make due with using a personal account.
I also notice that the interface to the Dropbox integration has changed since I last set up an integration so I do not know if I am missing a new step that needs to be taken prior to running the integration wizard.
I have set-up this type of integration multiple times in the past and this has never happened and I have reviewed all of your guides to setting up a Dropbox integration and have found no answer to this problem. Please advise on what the issue may be and what solution I can employ.

I have created sample form and I have integrate it with my Dropbox account. When I submitted my sample form submission was shown on my Dropbox account.
Considering that I was not able to replicate mentioned issue, please try again to integrate your form with Dropbox. Considering that our interface was changed you can find updated guide for Dropbox integration on this link: http://www.jotform.com/help/77-Upload-to-Dropbox-with-JotForm
You can also check if you have enough storage space on your Dropbox account.
