Pre Populate Quicktools Address Field

How can I create a URL to pre-populate the address template from the Quicktools menu? The field name is just siteAddress87, so how would I put together a an string that would fill all fields (Address lines 1 & 2, City, State, Zip)? When I use separate fields for each element, this is the URL template I used:

Unfortunately, I need to make thousands of forms each prepopulated with different information, so I am using formulas in Excel to build the links. I have successfully done this before, I just can't get the quick address field to work.

Yes, if you use the app provided by my colleague above, you will get a link like this : http://form.jotformpro.com/form/60108249846964?address[addr_line1]=test&address[addr_line2]=test&address[city]=test&address[state]=test&address[postal]=123&address[country]=United%20States

You can replace the data and generate new links, but if you are trying to insert multiple records, that is not possible, you can only do it with each address you have.

Thanks, I think that's what I was looking for. I put together something to generate the following link format, but the address still isn't populating. Am I missing something simple?

I generated the link to your form, now is populating the address, I removed the code you have for the address and added this one : 

siteAddress87[addr_line1]=test&siteAddress87[addr_line2]=test&siteAddress87[city]=test&siteAddress87[state]=Alabama&siteAddress87[postal]=123&siteAddress87[country]=United%20States

Now this is URL working :

The address now works perfectly, thanks! I'm seeing a new problem though: whichever field comes right after the description doesn't get filled in on the form. In your above example, it's the field name ecrmGen (though the field name is actually ecrmId in my form). Does the brace character cause that to happen?

You can add it in the URL:

That's what I did to get the field to be filled in, but that is sort of a work-around as there are now  2 sections that have the same information. For the future, why did having only the first highlighted section not work for filling out the ecrmId field?

You do not have a description field in the form so I'm not sure what is the usage of that field name in the URL. Also, the ecrmId after this is not a field, it's a data. That won't affect the field or anything and it's not the same.

I would suggest going back to the given app and populate the form again to correct the fields. 

I had been told that putting 'description{' would make special characters work correctly, particularly if the symbol '&' was included in one of the prepopulated values. Right now, if the value contains an ampersand then everything after that within the field doesn't appear. I now have all the correct field names to be auto-filled, thank you for helping with that. The last piece is making sure that special characters won't impact the pre-filled text, how do I do that?
