    Emails not being sent for bookings made

    Hi

     

    It seems we are having problems again with emails not being sent for bookings made using our forms in the UK.  Can someone please look into this as a matter of urgency.

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    I checked the email address you are using to receive the submissions and I can see all emails are being sent, it's not in our bounce list.

    I can see you are not using the default email addresses to send your emails, I would suggest you to set it using noreply@jotform.com or noreply@formresponse.com.

    In case you do not want to use one of our email addresses, you should follow this guide, in order to set properly your custom sender email address : http://www.jotform.com/help/238-How-to-Add-a-Custom-Sender-Address-to-an-Email-Alert 

    If after following this steps, you are still not receiving the email notifications, try following this guide : http://www.jotform.com/help/236-How-to-use-Mandrill-to-Send-Emails-From-Your-Own-Email-Address 

    You may also add our IP Addresses to your white list, or ask your email provider to do it : http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
