It seems we are having problems again with emails not being sent for bookings made using our forms in the UK. Can someone please look into this as a matter of urgency.

I checked the email address you are using to receive the submissions and I can see all emails are being sent, it's not in our bounce list.
In case you do not want to use one of our email addresses, you should follow this guide, in order to set properly your custom sender email address : http://www.jotform.com/help/238-How-to-Add-a-Custom-Sender-Address-to-an-Email-Alert

You may also add our IP Addresses to your white list, or ask your email provider to do it : http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
