Editing a Report

Hello

I have been working on this report

ONce I tried to insert a question that had only text, I should have gone for the grid text not for a chart, the new chart didn't work and I couldn't get rid of it. The report above show how far I managed to do but when I try to edit it it only shows the first two questions which is the default so it looks like I haven't done anything.
