Editing

I sent the Vacation Request for to our website provider at Passport online.

There are changes I made that showed up on the form, but there are others that are not.

We need a few MINOR additional changes and our logo added to the top and bottom of the form, as well as removing the previous companies mane that remains even though I took it out with an edit that did not take,

Is there anyone who can take these changes and make them happen today or do we need to wait until Monday?

Thank you for contacting us.

You can easily add images to your form by adding the image field, you will find it under the Form Tools option, in the left panel when editing your form: 

Also, if you have embedded your form, you will need to re-embed it again, in order to take all the changes in the new embedded form.

If you form is not embedded it will take the changes automatically.
