Embed I-frame source code

I am a real beginner with all this code stuff.  I use blogger.  No problem.  Active Rain. Nope.  So many other places,  I have a hosted wordpress and several that aren't hosted.  I have two websites hosted by Keller Williams Really.

 

How do I know when one to use?  It seems to be hit or miss.  Sometimes I can get it to work and sometimes not.

Not consistent.  How do I know which one to use? In what situtaion.

I suggest to please review this user guide: Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

Try using the iframe embed code of the form and use it to embed the form in your website.

Let us know if issue remains.

I think what I am confused about it is the terms "embed" and "I-frame" when
they seem to be used interchangeably or even together. Just above you say

Embedding is the means to which you can attach the form to the website where you want the form to appear. Meanwhile, an iFrame (inline frame) is an HTML document that is attached (embedded) inside a website. So iFrame embed means to attach the document (which in this case is the form) to the website using an iFrame.
