I have tried to use Eu servers but got issues and the support suggested me to come back to US.
I have followed your advice, but it seems something wrong with as the process is stopped with just Loading information (after a night, still at the same point) I va tried again without any success...

I checked your account and I can see the issue, I tried to transfer your Data to our EU servers and the wizards never loaded.
I will escalate it to our second level and you will be notified when it's fixed via this thread.

We have just fixed a minor bug in UI. It is working fine now, apologize for the inconvenience.
