why don't I receive emails when people submit using your forms on my website

    I'm only seeing now that there have been submissions through these forms that are on every page of my website so I never knew people were inquiring and most definitely lost quite a few sales as a result!

    Please let me know what I'm supposed to do about this problem

    I would like to apologize for any inconvenience this have caused you, however, after checking the website you included in your post, I can't seem to find where on your website does the form from Jotform is embedded. 

    Also, I have checked the forms on your account, and there are a lot. Can you tell us which of your form is embedded on your website, please?

    I would, also, like to suggest you check how your email notifications(notifier) on your form is set up.
