Cannot add Jotform Facebook page Tab

Dear Jotform Support Team
When I follow the steps as provided in the link for adding a form to FB pages, the ADD JOTFORM TAB button does nothing. The window to login to my FB page does not come up.
Please advise, as I think I would prefer this FB option to the Fit Form option as I need to collect registrations through FB and an online Reg Form.

Hi,

Are you saying that on the user guide: Adding-Form-to-Facebook-Pages , the Step #3 is not happening on your end?

I just test it and it was working for me at this time

Please provide more details on how to reproduce the issue and we will check on it further.

Let us know if issue persist.

Hi Jonathan,

I noticed that you and Kevin (another support person who also responded) are both using Google Chrome. I am running Safari on a Mac.

I just tried to do the same action on Firefox and the next step came up. I suspect this is a Safari issue.

Thank you for sharing to us the current status Louanne. :)

Yes, Chrome is the recommended browser to use for the Form Builder, but is should work also with other browser's though.

Please let us know if there is more we can assist you with.

had the same problem and found this thread. I am using Safari. I'll switch to Chrome to d
o the task, but thought you guys would want to know that it doesn't work on Safari.
