can I access deleted applications?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to retrieve deleted submissions anymore. The best way to recover the data from the submissions is to retrieve them from your email, since you would have received the submission notification to your email if you have setup an email notification with your form.

Hello, I have never gotten an email notification of a submission. and yes I have this email in there..

Unfortunately as my colleague mentioned it is not possible to recover deleted submissions. If you did not receive emails Notification when your form was submitted, then there is no other way to find submitted data.

so how do you receive notifications when an app is submitted?

Once you create a form, the default notification for the submissions will be the email address that you used for your Jotform account. If a user fills out a form and submits it, jotform will send a notification email to the default email address.
