Our Paypal account is showing charges that were cleared, but we don't have matching submissions in the JotForm CP. It seems to be infrequent, but consistent.

Can you send us the details about those submissions? We had a bug on October 6th but it shouldn't have happened on any other date.

Is this a PayPal Payments Pro form? We found a bug on that. If the user chooses the "PayPal" express checkout option on the form, there was a bug. Some payments with errors were being processed as successful, while some successful payments were not processed. This should not happen any more.
