I need to upgrade my account today to get applications for a job role. I am unable to do this as I can't remember my password. I went to reset my password and I am not getting the email from you guys to reset the password. Please help urgently. I need to have this sorted before midday today for the form to stay active.

Just a delay of about 5 minutes, problem resolved.
