Where is my form?

    I have just upgraded my JotForm.

    I then updated a form called Enrolment form. I definitely saved the form but the updated form has suddenly gone. Can you please help?

    The URL is below but this is the old form.

    Hi,

     

    You can view the Revision History of your form to check if the changes were applied. Here's a guide on how to view the Revision History: How to View Form Revision History. You can revert to the previous revision if you find the changes you applied in the history.
