I received an email from a user of my form today saying that I never responded to her. I went in to investigate and found that I have many filled in forms that I wasn't being notified about. I figure it's an email problem and while clicking around to "test notification email", I get a pop up that says my email address was blocked by JotForm.
Could I please have more information, and if possible, are there are any steps I can take to lift this block?
My email address is email@example.com and my form is http://form.jotform.com/form/10620551506

Email addresses are added to our bounce list when your mail service provider rejects or blocks the email we sent to you. This is probably caused by a DomainKeys issue.
I have already removed your email address from our mail server's bounce list. Please change your form notification's sender name and email to "JotForm" and "firstname.lastname@example.org", respectively.

Hi, thanks for fixing this for me.
I've changed the sender name and email. Is there anything I can do to prevent this from happening again? My email provider is Gmail.
