I have an extremely long form and using 'Matrix'

How do I hide empty fields when I send an email notifier?

(the 'hiding field' option is 'Enable' in preferences and I did use defaults fields.)

    Many thanks!

Are you saying that the hide empty fields in email is not working for you, especially for matrix fields? I've cloned your form and tested it without filling the matrix fields, I'm getting the email correctly without those fields:

The "Select" and "0" in the email is the default data. If you don't want the select to appear, you should put the empty option text under the field preferences:

And you should remove the default value in the calculations:

By the way, if the issue persists to your end, please try re-creating your notifier. Delete the current one:

    And re-create it after:

Unfortunately, it's not possible since one matrix means a single field. They aren't a separate field.

Also, your screenshot failed to appear here. I think you're posting your reply through your email account. This support forum can't accept an inline image attachment so please upload it here instead. You have to access this thread.
