some problems with source code?

Hi there,

I use the source code of the form I created here to embed into the e-mail campaign on mailchimp, the form itself seems works, but I cannot fill out the form from e-mail,

Hi,

Embedding the form directly to the body of an email will indeed produce mixed results depending on the email client.  Some clients do not allow any scripts at all to be run.

We usually recommend sending a link to the form, rather than embedding the full form into the email.  Even if the full form showed in your current client, there may be issues with how other interpret your form.
