JotForm is a free online form builder which helps you create online forms without writing a single line of code. No sign-up required.
We believe that if one user has a question, there could be more users who may have the same question. This is why many of our support forum threads are public and available to be searched and viewed. If you’d like help immediately, feel free to search for a similar question, or submit your question or concern.
When you are adding the "Take Photo" widget in your form builder, it will display a message that it needs to be opened on a secure protocol. This means that the URL to where it is being viewed should be on HTTPS or SSL.
You can clicked on the "Secure Forms" link on that message to learn more about it. By default, the form builder is loaded in non-HTTPS that is why that message is displayed.
However, if you open the form's direct link on a new tab or new window, you'll see that the widget is working because it is loaded on HTTPS.
Let us know if you need more information on this.
