    Auto responder with condition is not properly sending right message

    Hello,

    I created two auto reply note based if they use check credit card payment or invoice to my institution payment.

    But the invoice to my institution auto respond is not choosing the right message.

    I checked your autoresponder titled "Auto Responder-Invoice" and the sender email is set to rfiguereo@fameinc.com, same with the recipient. 

    It's possible that the autoresponders were moved in your spam, junk or trash folder. Could you please kindly check? If they are not there, could you please try setting up an SMTP email for the custom sender instead? Here's a guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form.

    You can also try setting it up using Mandrill, you can follow this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/236-How-to-use-Mandrill-to-Send-Emails-From-Your-Own-Email-Address

    I need the autoresponder go to the person that fill out the form as a "Auto Responder-Invoice"  rfiguereo@fameinc.com is my email. How  I change it to go to the person that fill out the form??  I checked your autoresponder titled "Auto Responder-Invoice" and the sender email is set to rfiguereo@fameinc.com, same with the recipient.

    If you would like to conditionally send a specific autoresponder on the email that was inputted on your form, you can use the field name tag of the email instead.

    In your "Properties" window, copy the field name tag which is {email14}.

     

    In your conditional logic, you can add the {email14} to send the specific autoresponder on the email inputted on the email field.

     

     

     

    I see that you are asking credit card details on your form, please note that we do not allow forms asking form sensitive information.     I understand, however, the terms and collection of sensitive information using our forms has been strict for a while, and has been there. We have an anti-Phishing system that regularly scans thousands of forms, and we also have a team that reviews each form manually. The system might have been skipping the other forms you have, but there is a high chance that you'll be auto suspended when form is left with those fields intact. 

    It would be best to use our payment integration for credit card payments, from there, you can set payment to "Authorization Only" if you need to verify the said purchase or order.
