RESET ButtonAsked by Brian on January 11, 2016 at 11:53 AM
Can we add a RESET Button to the top of the form? I seem to be only able to add it at the bottom of the form, several pages in?
Since enabling the auto save feature that let's them come back later, some markets now have to erase their data as they submit multiple forms.
Seems like I can't have both!
Can you please explain a bit more? Are you looking to add a reset at the beginning of the form or add a reset ate the beginning of each form?
You can always add a new button
and add the reset button and with CSS code hide the extra submit button.
In regards to your other question, you have set your form to save the information for a day. This is the reason your users still see information already submitted. You can do two things, reduce the time of the save time or use a work around as indicated in our users guide, How to Save Forms and Continue Later.
