Saving to PDFAsked by Carrie Berger on January 11, 2016 at 12:52 PM
Im having issues with saving my form to a PDF. When I save the form and move it to my desktop I try to fill it out and click submit. All of the fields that I marked *Required are coming up red even when there is info in the field.
Also, when the PDF is in my web browser it will not let me hit the tab key to transition from field to field. It keeps crashing the form and I have to start all over.
The PDF will not behave as a Web Form, please check this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/312-Fillable-PDF-Everything-you-need-to-know-about-JotForm-Fillable-PDF-Creator
Let us know if you have more questions, we will be glad to assist you.
