I am worried that the end user of the form would get a message that they could not send the form due to something on my end.

Are you referring to 99th or 100th submission of your form? Please be noted that free subscription plan is limited to receive 100 submissions/10 payments/100MB of storage space. You'll be notified once your account has reached 80% of account limits. You may then upgrade your account. Generally, it is provided with a day or two to upgrade the account when the account is overlimit. If the account is not upgraded, the forms will be disabled and cannot receive any further submissions. The submission counter will be reset on the first day of the following month.
