    Hi,

     

    This is my first time using jotform, I created one survey and sent it out and it says I have currently reached the limits of my account and the survey will be disabled tomorrow. Can this be fixed? I really need this survey to stay live until Wednesday at midnight, and I am not sure why it says I have created more than this one survey.

    Hi Lauren,

    I can see you are using a guest account, you must create an account in order to be able to receive 100 submissions.

    Once you have created it, do let us know via this thread and request to move the form to your new created account.

    Great! I have created an account - does that mean my survey wont be
    deactivated by tomorrow?

    Hi Lauren,

    I checked and I can see your account now, I also see there is your form, and no, your form will not be deactivated, since you can receive 100 submissions per month now.
