    Good Afternoon,

I am working with my company to continue to use Jotform for receiving minimal amounts of Personally Identifiable Information. In order to proceed, we would need to have a contract signed with Jotform and collect some additional information as follows:

-Confirm Location where JOTFORM is hosted

-Does JOTFORM use AD/LDAP (complex passwords)?

-Does JOTFORM Provide Privacy Documents/Security Process & Standards

-Available for a technical review phone call?

    Please let me know.

    Thank you!

In regards to your first question:

    1. JotForm is hosted in San Francisco US with development offices in Ankara, Turkey.

    2. LDAP is possible with standalone JotForm Engine that you can see more about here: JotForm Application: JavaScript Form Builder Installed on Your Web Site

3rd and 4th questions would be "no" for Online JotForm Form Builder. The available documentation is the one that can be found in our footer:

    Privacy Policy: https://www.jotform.com/privacy/

    Terms of Use: https://www.jotform.com/terms/

Now since your questions seem more oriented towards the standalone version, please use contact us form on the following website: http://www.interlogy.com/products/jotform/

That will put you in touch with the right people so that you can get the right answers.
