Disregard) I paid for Jotform upgrade and now I cannot send my my Forms I created...

    I clicked on Jotforms generic forms.   paid to upgrade my account with Jot Form

    Now when I try to send one of my  MY FORMS  I created...it sends a generic form only.



    I am sending them by signing into my job form account.

    Clicking on the form I want to send

    Clicking on edit form 

    Clicking on Publish then share. 

    and it sends a generic form

    I'm not sure if you mean to disregard your question. I see that your account is now holding Free subscription. I notice that there is a refund of the latest charge on your account.
