My form goes outside the box on Safari

I have created a form for ordering food. On android and windows it works fine. But when i open the form with Safari on a Tablet or Iphone it goes outside the box. I tried to fix this with custom css. Something with changing the form width. But this doesnt work.. the link to my form is www.rasasari.nl/test. Can you help me?
