need to reactivate an account

    I need to reactivate an account from 2011. Can not remember the password and notifications are not being sent to my inbox.

    I have issued a password reset for the account to your email address.

    The account name is GEA.

    I also found your email address in our 'bounce list' because at some point your email host has rejected emails from us. 

    I have now removed your email from that list & you should now recieve email notifications as normal. 


    May I also make you aware that there is no submit button on your form in the URL given, I dont know if this is by design or has been done in error.
