Is it possible to create a vanity link that can be submitted in an email when sent out?

I have created a form that we would like to send out to specific people who then send the form to their own proprietary list.  Is that possible.

Once the person receives the email with the link, he/she will be able to share it.

Thanks.  But is it possible to change the information on the link to be more specific such as www.takeourruvey.com  as opoosed to www.jotform.com/help etc etc.  

If I'm understanding correctly, you are trying to send the link where your form is embedded on, you can paste the link inside the email in the wizard. 

But, if you are trying to send the email with your custom email address, unfortunately that is not possible.

Yes, that is correct.  We would were hoping to have something more reflective of the program vs. just a generic name.  But, as long as we can include the link in the eblast, that will suffice.  Thanks for your quick reply!

I would like to share you this guide, if you are trying to generate a custom URL to your form, you can change the Form ID and use the form's name or another words : http://www.jotform.com/help/261-How-to-create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-form
