Wordpress embedded form flashes and jumps up when going from field to field in Safari

The only thing is, in Safari, the screen 'flashes' and jumps back up to the top between box entries.

Is there a fix for this? It works fine in Chrome and Firefox...

I do believe that the issue is caused by conflicts on your page, but would like to confirm.
