Unable to login to JotForm

    I need to upgrade and i can't because i can't remember my username and PW and when i request a new one your automatic e-mail doesn't come through i tried several times and it's not there no spam.

    I checked our database and I saw 3 Guest accounts associated with your email address.

    created: 2015-11-19
    status: overlimit
    SSL: 11

    You don't have a registered account with us which is why you are not receiving a password reset email instructions. Please sign up for a JotForm account using the same email address. If the form didn't associate then we will transfer the form manually to the registered account.

    If your saying I need to sign up, that couldn't be the case because I just tried with the email I'm using now and it says it's already assigned

    That's odd, I just checked it and your email address "Ecstasyentertainmentescorts@yahoo.com" is available:

    Try in another browser, or try registering with another email address, then reply to this thread( from "Ecstasyentertainmentescorts@yahoo.com") letting us know what your username is, so we can transfer the forms.
